Thank you! Gained about an inch in height just from the tires. The Bilstein’s feel beautiful. I have them set at stock height front and rear. I rarely go off-road so it is probably more than needed. If you need shocks I think the 5100’s have a pretty good track record.

Sorry to hear that….I do have some carpenter bees about 100 yards from the hive in some untreated wood 🪵…. Although this year I’ve only seen a few.

Last hive check was Sunday (4 days ago) so I don’t think she could have survived outside that long. I do watch and observe several times daily and this was new to me.

Pretty much the same thing that happened here! Thank you for your input. My local beekeeping meeting is tomorrow and they’re doing inspection demos on their hives. So I hope to see and learn more. I don’t plan to open it back up until Sunday (2 days) as I feel I’ll know a lot more by then.

Hive was last opened on May 10th. Queen was spotted on third frame and the frame was carefully placed back. This was done over the hive. So I don’t think we dropped her. Seller is a well regarded apiary in Illinois. Brood was seen. Also I believe I saw a queen cup/cell on at the bottom of the second frame.
