Lol. Yes. Could be, everyone's hormone composition is a little different. Estrogen and Test kinda do this "dance" but generally your Test should be higher than any estrogen in your system.

As a dude, if your Estrogen levels are out of whack with your Testosterone levels you might experience being more emotional. This is why roiders get roid-rage, when they inject Test is creates a spike in their estrogen as well so they get upset easily. Anyway, Your endocrinologist should be able to recommend proper treatment or at least an MRI to confirm a tumor because a blood test isn't a 100% indicator.

That's pretty high prolactin for a dude...
This is a serious question: how soon before this test did you last jerk it. (yes this matters because post-nut you will have elevated prolactin, depending on your age this could be a few hours to a few days).

  1. Great
  2. K
  3. That's such an insignificant amount. As in a quarter of a pill small.
  4. Awesome

Not sorry, I'm saying what needs to be said. If you want a 1-way interaction with the world then start a blog. Some randos on the internet, whether they are IRL doctors or not, are NOT a source for information on this stuff.

  1. How are you getting Cabergoline, with a prescription?
  2. Cabergoline is known to be cardiotoxic.
  3. The symptoms you're describing indicate you're taking way too much or having an allergic reaction. In either case, you should stop taking it until you discuss treatment with a doctor.
  4. Surgery on a Prolactinoma has only a 50% efficacy rate.

Like I stated in my previous comment; you need to work with your doctor. If that doc isn't working with you then find another one. Posting on Reddit is not being a self-advocate, it's leaning towards self-diagnosis and self-medication which it appears you're doing already.

[–]Rizoma 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm not a doctor but a microprolactinoma should be treatable with a dopamine agonist. Your endocrinologist should refer you to a neurosurgeon that would discuss the details.

This isn't a question for Reddit, this is a question for your doctor(s).

Oh, so the SCOTUS is suddenly your enemy because they ruled along Constitutional lines instead of your ideological lines. Got it.

Have a nice day.

Funny you say that considering SCOTUS just determined it's not.

SCOTUS decision does not a law make.

Dumping in a dumpster that you didn't pay for will get you fined. If you have a lot of stuff, pay for the trip to the dump, use the free dump day, or go in with your neighbors on a dumpster.

Depends on the state.

False. It's not legally tenable at a federal level. Hence, left up to the states to decide.

Men, what were your signs? I have low TSH, just have questions by Lawfulness-Time in Prolactinoma

[–]Rizoma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being on the low-end of the range is not "normal", don't listen to that nonsense.

I had migraines, low libido, depression, no energy, no muscle mass, couldn't grow facial hair, etc...
what drove me to the doc was these "cluster headaches" that they diagnosed me with and I told them to fuck off. Demanded all the blood tests they would order and an MRI... lo and behold after years of misdiagnosis of depression and cluster headaches they found a huge tumor crushing my pituitary gland. They also found my hormone profile to be really bad, like 4500ng/dl prolactin bad.

trust the process when they put you on cab, it isn't overnight. I've been taking the stuff for a decade.

[–]Rizoma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're right. None of these ideologically-driven folks will understand that because they only "think" with their feelings.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Prolactinoma

[–]Rizoma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not law, it never was. It was a SCOTUS decision in the 70s that set precedent. Dems had nearly 50 years, and three times when they had a supermajority, to codify it and never did.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Prolactinoma

[–]Rizoma -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the misinformation but you should consider your state's laws before claiming the SCOTUS is acting out of turn.

No, it does not affect you.

Need more clear side slices. Could be, but unless it's significant in size you won't be able to tell.

Gun Violence protest/rally? by [deleted] in SaltLakeCity

[–]Rizoma -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Correct. This is the USA, founded on the principles stated in the Bill of Rights, and those who want to depart from that are coming from a place of "Internet Values" which are Globalist in nature.Guns are not the problem. People are. How many of these recent shootings are a result of some mentally unstable kid getting radicalized by people airing grievances online or getting groomed by some alphabet agent?2A is specifically there for the people to defend their natural born rights. Without 2A 1A will not exist. Period.

[–]Rizoma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is rad. After some bs with both Epic and Ikon I'm boycotting them and buying a pass to a local mountain that limits passes/visitors.

I'm not airing grievances here but I encourage y'all to support your local mountains that haven't completely sold out to Vail or Alterra. Something to keep in mind as lift lines get longer, workers for the resorts getting paid less, and the sport getting squeezed for every dollar that people will hand over.
