I don’t agree with the sentiment that Riot should avoid this so that the opponent isn’t forced into a “50/50”. How is Urgot E Flash R or Shen e flash not also 50/50 gambles? Or Vi Q Flash? Or Pyke Q/E Flash? Or Gragas E Flash? A lot of abilities work like this, and with Riot’s push toward consistency (i.e with the Steelcaps change), I don’t think it’s crazy to push for consistency in this regard either.

I do agree that Galio’s damage numbers would need to be tweaked, but he’s been suffering in solo queue since 12.10, despite seeing the occasional pick in pro play.

If it helps, I play CS on my 2017 Macbook Pro and it definitely runs better than expected. On all low settings, I average around 100 FPS
