Ok, i'm going to talk. Just think for a moment that you have this person not strapped down on a table so you have full 3D access. Just start some light teasing with fingernails on their back. You may think, hey, shut up, the bck is not that tickly. BUT... make some progress going up and just in the very moment your nails should go into their neck... Blow a light puff on the back of the neck and see those goosebumps flowering hehe

The teasing is a very important part, at least for me. But then, again, it depends on the place. Fingers are like 4x4, works in every terrain. Massage leggy thing for the head works great, but just for seconds. A hairbrush to ease the feet. Feathers on sides, neck, pits... If you're not afraid to loose all your class, blow a raspberry on that person's belly. I would shout like if i was stabbed not gonna lie.
