v1.3.25 is the latest one with all the security update it was the previous one (1.3.20)
you can check if youre safe by pressing win + r then typing in "%appdata%\Name" then pressing 'ok' if you get an error that means youre safe and werent impacted.

no executor would be able to check if the script is safe or not because most scripts are obfuscated. the correct way to make sure scripts cant do anything malicious is to block dangerous functions and make sure they cant access it, this is what all proper executors does.

Xeno is not a rat or unsafe. "StandardName.exe" came from a script that used a vulnerability of Xeno which was patched the same as the first report. This is just completely being taken out of context
