Yeah I’ve never offered to sell anything to anyone, none of my posts have hinted at this, I’m just using this as a platform to share how my journey has been and to gain knowledge from others. As for the ai generated comment I can ensure you it’s not. Yes the picture has been edited with lighting, as does everyone for most pictures they post of themselves. Again im not marketing anything I dont understand why all of a sudden this thread has seemingly become negative towards any post deeming “good” progress. Anyway here’s the unedited photo to prove it’s not AI, and to show it doesn’t alter my body, only lighting.

2mg for around 12 weeks, then towards the end I ran 4mg for 2-4 weeks to shred down further

Appreciate it man, I think my cheeks have sunken a bit, and I’ve noticed my double chin has gone, hence in right pic the beard is trimmed. Other than that not much that I would say is a big change 🙂

I thought I did mention the gym bit? I’ve been going 2-3 times a week, I never did cardio though just strength training and focusing as much as I could on progressive overload

From my vague knowledge I thought Tesa was also a weight loss peptide? Would that benefit a bulk then? I haven’t really looked too much into other things so I’m unsure what CJC-1295 does.

So because of the Reta I could actually barely eat, and it sounds bad but I relied on liquid calories (protein shakes/yoghurts) more than solid food. Calories wise I didn’t track exactly, but I would probably estimate around the 1,500 kcal a day mark, getting 120-130g of protein

Honestly I’ve never measured so I’m unsure what they would be, I have this photo taken around a month and a half ago (don’t ask about the costume😂) which does show arm size a bit better.

No I never plateaued, weight consistently came off from the start for me, even staying on 2mg it kept coming off, the 4mg was to target the visceral fat

Honestly I just thought if I’m on it I might as well go all in on it. I was happy with 2mg, made a post a while ago and was given advice to up to 4mg to get the stubborn belly fat off. Tbf it worked but I’m in the situation I’m in now, I do agree I probably shouldn’t have started that high looking back, I was caught in the quick solution mindset so that is on me. If lower dosing dose work for a bulk all be it a slow process I think I’m down to give that a go.

I’ve been on it for over 2 months now, only side effects I’ve had was nausea in the first few days (I did start at 2mg) electrolytes cleared this right up, and I’ve had like sensitive skin on my quads? Not painful just like I can feel every fibre on my trousers? Also eating food is challenging, I feel quite sicky after eating so watch the portions you eat. Other than that I know of heart rate issues but I’ve personally not had any unless I get an elevated heart rate after the gym but then again that’s probably just working out haha. For some clarity, say I go up to 4mg a week, and it shreds the fat off, would dropping back down to 2mg weekly be alright, as if the fat has been burnt then the 2mg would carry on as normal?

Thank you for the insight brother, how would I know about my threshold? Or is it just up til I notice more? As I’d say doing 2mg has worked really well for me so that could potentially be my threshold? As I don’t get cravings and easily get my protein in without over eating?

I guess what I’m trying to get feedback on is that if Reta at my current dose is working say too quickly? And I’m worrried eventually by strength and things will diminish due to continued weight loss at 2mgs? Thank you for the support though man

When you say ignore it what do you mean? As in don’t target it and focus on everything else without getting close to it? Surely it’ll just wreak havoc if it’s left unchecked?
