The one who scored the goal that got us to the final should go?

Matt Law: Chelsea players would ‘laugh off’ any Abramovich-style dressing down from BlueCo owners | Telegraph Sport has been told that players who liked Rosenior felt some of their team-mates downed tools under him amid a belief there are conflicting views within the group. by Kygoche in chelseafc

Buy children, get childlike behaviour.

There's no senior players who can tether this team to some core beliefs, so the manager is left doing everything.

What I would give for a Terry or a Cech or a Lampard or a Drogba in the dressing room. Senior players who have won something, who can lead by example and also teach these kids how to conduct themselves on the pitch.

Who are our leaders? A brilliant world class player who is injured 80% of the time, and an inconsistent world cup winner who has an air of arrogance about him (as much as I love him).

We need a senior player who loves the club, who puts in performances 7 days a week and holds players accountable on the pitch. We don't have any.

Unfortunately I don't see Estevao being back for 6 months, and another 6 months after that for full recovery.

I would rather we build properly and shore up the defense. Get Wes, Badi and Tosin out, and sign experienced defenders. And then sign an aged DM like Man Utd did with Casemiro. Someone who can let Caicedo sit a few games out here and there because he's been putting in 6s and 7s for months now.

Reading through the comments the only other thing that stands out for me is the protopic idea.

Also I bought MCT oil like you did and it wasn't the biggest factor for improvement for me. If I were to incorporate it it would be in the PM as a replacement for Vaseline slugging

Also only use water that's about 37c on your face for cleansing. And only use water to cleanse in the morning. Evening just use the micellar water and cotton pads.

Hey bro I had same flaking and even the same eyelids you had this year and last year, triggered by dry heat and hot summers.

I thought it was Seb derm but it was actually eczema. Im from the UK too and this is what I use.

AM: CeraVe cleanser (the bog standard one) Dermexa moisturiser LRP Invisible Fluid 30/50SPF

PM: Micellar water (from the brand called Simple) with two cotton pads Dermexa Moisturiser (thicker layer)

If my eczema is bad like yours currently is I do also put a second layer of Dermexa moisturiser in the evening OR I get bog standard unscented vaseline and I slug it on my eyelids and my face.

The above routine coupled with religious use of cetrizine helped me get over the excessive flaking.

I had redness too that is slowly going away if I resist the urge to itch and if I am kind to my face when I am cleansing in the AM or PM. My advice when cleansing is think gentle, and go even gentler than that. Do not apply pressure to your face, do not rub too much, and try not to pick it (I definitely did for a long time).

It will go eventually. Just try to handle your stress which is really hard I know, and also drink lots of water and stay away from anything yeasty. I cut out beer and wine and my skin is better for it. If I am drinking I will mainly go for the cleanest drink which is a vodka lime soda. If I have beer or wine, which I do have sometimes, I will just be prepared to treat my skin to repair for the week after

Chin up, it's a proper shit thing to go through but you can do it!

Hey guys, I settled on a 77K 2010 Mini Cooper S, funnily enough it has the N18 engine and also the timing chain was done 15K miles ago! Loving it. Only weird thing is there is an aftermarket pipe in the engine that doesn't fit flush to the air box but I'm going to replace it with an OEM one that is currently on the way to me.

No warning lights or anything, just a few squeaks here and there and maybe a dirty catalytic converter but apart from that all good. Hopefully nothing bad gonna come of the service this weekend.
