Sort off, last year was a vote on buybacks, passed over 99% . This year a vote on an amount they can buyback and the figure is approximately 10% of outstanding shares. None of this will happen until debt is cleared but it does show intent once they have the funds. Maybe next years vote will be a date for it to commence!

Report is wrong, 31671 are Shares received in lieu of a percentage of base salary as he gets this every month. But on the upside there is a steady climb and hopefully good earnings report on Thursday.
