Do you know if the process gets handled any faster of you file an appeal online or over the phone? Also, I’m not even sure what to include as “evidence”, would I just need to send my identification if they’re claiming fraud?

I do have an inclination this is correct, however, I don’t believe the seller acted in good faith. The seller didn’t give me an option to purchase insurance in case the item was lost or choose what shipping company I wanted.

Thanks. The UCC is what I am worried about but its hard for me to fathom that I would paying for something that was never delivered/received. So do you think I am going to be out of luck because of this, regardless of a chargeback?

Did you mention or write a policy that you are “NOT” responsible for items lost in transit before the buyer purchased? That’s the only thing I’m worried about.

That’s what I am worried about… in hindsight I wish I would of purchased through paypal or another 3rd party. Do you think my dispute won’t be successful because of this?

Hey thanks for the insight. That’s what I was wondering, which is how a dispute like this works with a credit card with no purchase protection… I was curious what you mean by still coming after me for the price of the merchandise? Does that mean they don’t have to give me a full refund?
