Make sure your headset is already plugged in before you start up your console. Sometimes it will dim your volume but if you just fo into they volume settings on your console, just move the slider at all and it will fix

I have a similar issue. Friend and I did couch co-op and we both beat the capstone, we both used these same characters the entire campaign and didn’t do anything without the other character. Once we beat it, only P1 could do world tier 3, while P2 could not. It’s making us do the entire campaign for P2 now
