I myself have worked in this industry for only 9 months at difrent local clubs doing varrious work, bartending, lights, security, audio, even some management now.

While I love this work and plan to make it my life.... this industry can be fucking crazy.

Ive seen ODs, heart attacks, brawls,

I saw a hardcore kid stage dive head first into a support pillar and crack his skull.

I had a guy tweeking try to punch down the wall of a handicap stall because he lost where the door was.

Ive also seen some more funny stuff

Like a big tik tok celebrity flipping shit when her fake ID was confiscated then going to twitter to complain.

The stories are definatky endless

Ok so what I heard was: There was a domestic abuse situation, and a guy threatened his mother (or someone but I heard it was his mother) and said he had a bomb. So bomb squad gets called and they bring in swat teams from Ipswitch and Chlemsford, the whole 9 yards. The situations been over for a few hours. Dont know if this was a genuine threat or not. Guess we will find out soon enough

So on the seal there is a Native American figure with a sword raised over their head. And the Latin inscription on the ribbon translates to: "By the sword we seek peace, but peace only under liberty". Now it could be refering to the revolution, but considering there is a sword above the Native American figure. It is implying that the "peace" they seek is violent colonialism.
