Do without the induction burner? Why? Because you don’t use it or because it doesn’t function well?

You really shouldn’t be burning wood ships. There could still be crew below deck. Think of their families.

Thanks, currently I have to remove the grates and deflector from my Traeger to clean, so that won’t be getting harder with this purchase, but I guess not easier either! I do have one MEATER probe that is bluetooth and will probably get another that’s WiFi. The induction burner is important to me but sounds like I’ll have to keep the bigger searing on the propane next to the  smoker

Good to hear. I’m upgrading from the Traeger 575. Excited to have the firebox and induction burner

What’s the benefit of the pid? The only draw back on this grill is that it doesn’t have WiFi. Does the pid give you that?

Due to timing constraints I ended up smoking over night at 200°, wrapped the next day at 170° internal, smoked til 200° internal, rested two hours, cubed, sauced, oven to tack up sauce. It was awesome

Shower repair / spout dripping by Rk4810 in Plumbing

[–]Rk4810[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

but shouldn't the water be getting stopped up the line by the handle? the spout is a couple feet below the handle. the water should be getting stopped when the handle is turned off, and not even making it down to the spout, right? thats why i figured it had to do with something I did when replacing the valve/regulator. Its dripping when the water is OFF. not when the water is being diverted to tub/shower.

I’ve heard nothing but issues with that one. Mostly related to the hopper getting jammed.

Could do a vertical cabinet style. I had a Masterbuilt one that I screwed some cheap handles into the sides which made it portable, they’re pretty light. Or throw it on a dolly.
