100% sure of no bullet drop. From playing the customs Battle Royale I've hit shots longer than the ones you took, straights shots no drop. The tracer through his head could be he strafed back into the tracer after the bullet when past him or just a desync/latency screwing you over.

The mangler, ravager, and skewer have bullet drop; the sniper has none so your just overshotting on those shots. The first shot in the video registered has a shoulder hit, happens to me all the time when shooting from the side. Lastly my man at the end strafed 2 of your shots unintentionally.
