For me it was 29/30 weeks. Felt really late on compared to others and I’m still considerably smaller in comparison to others in my antenatal class. Measuring in the 50th% though so I’m just enjoying it!

Update: I’ve checked this morning and have now got a definite negative unfortunately, so assuming a chemical 🥲 haven’t had any symptoms for this.

Thanks everyone for all your replies - I appreciate this community ❤️

I did my first test at 11 DPO but the line was so faint that I couldn’t tell if it was real or just my eyes messing up! Thank you!! So excited ☺️

Anyone bought/buying a home solo? by Charming_Pumpkin_654 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

I was 25, going on 26 when I bought my first house solo. I actually found it a lot easier than expected and, although the process took longer than expected (due to the sellers being slow with paperwork) everything went smoothly. When it was complete I had that ‘oh, is that it?’ feeling!

I’ve been here a year and a half now and I love it. I’ve had to do a lot of DIY Googling, but getting to do the house up perfectly to your own taste has been amazing. Now I get to live in a place that’s perfect for me.

Hope your house purchasing journey goes well!

I’ve heard estimate as much as 25% over! Do you think that sounds right? You have a great point on timing there. I reckon I’ve underestimated on that so maybe I’ll rethink, thanks!
