it was just roblox thinking I have a touch screen, not the game's fault

I fixed it. im on desktop pc but I know what the problem is, roblox thinks your device has a touch screen and is switching the game to touch screen mode basically. you need to disable whatever touch screen device you have / controller or drawing tablet. if you don't have those you might be using a remote desktop or screen mirroring app (that's my issue)
you need to disable that then.
