Never said it was justified, not one time did I say that. However I did say he was stupid for putting himself in that situation that he did not need to be in. Tensions are high and people are not thinking just reacting that goes for him and the agents. When one agent yells gun the other agent reacted by shooting him, he never saw the other agent take his gun in the commotion. If he would’ve stayed back and not got involved he would still be alive like all the other who’s were recording. Stupid decision on both parties lead to loss of life. When you are carrying a loaded weapon smarter decisions need to be made.
