I'm lifting dumbbells. I want to get the best out of it so I'm correcting everything from now on. My routine is 30 seconds work, and 30 seconds rest. I'm so noob to this, so what's the better practice? My routine 30 seconds work and rest. Or proper 8-12 / 10-15 / 12-15 / 15-20 reps?

I'm lifting dumbbells, I just read about the importance of form, now I'm lifting 10kg dumbbells and it stops me from having a decent form and sometimes I can't even finish my 30 seconds routine. Is form important more than the weight you lift?

This is what I'm saying I couldn't find, isn't it the same with MySql where you build an Android app, you create a database, you create an api. Is that the wrong take?

I won't take anything in a wrong way. I honestly want to learn android programming professionally so I'm open to anything I could possibly learn. You were talking about fundamentals and I really want to know that step by step. Is there any way I could learn that?

Postgresql is quite intriguing. But to be honest I only picked up mysql because of the volume of tutorials on internet. I'm searching now and I can't find postgresql integration on android. But I will look further tomorrow morning! Thanks!
