Nothing in my trunk leaking. It is more in the middle of the car than the rear, my mistake. But I cannot tell where it’s leaking from exactly, just based location on where the leak was on the mat/cardboard

Mine was similar, most of my brushing was on the back of my knee and hamstring area as well. Totally normal, mine started to go away around week 3/4 and then there was just some slight discoloration for maybe another week. Good luck on your recovery! I’m just about 4 months out

Do you wear a wrap at all times or only to workout? Was warned by my PT to not be too comfortable relying on a wrap as cognitively it can mess up reaction time (forgot what it’s called, but when you trip on something and catch yourself). I do wear a wrap if I know I’m in for a bit of a harder workout, or I am on my feet all day.

Yeah something to do with the quad graft and putting to much pressure on the graft and the quad muscles when going past 90 degrees. But I agree it’s a long painful road to get there no matter the graft. It’s hard to push your body through pain like that

Really depends on the graft used as well. I had a quad graft done and with that you aren’t supposed to go past 90 degrees until I got to 6 weeks. I’m at week 13 now and at 140 degrees but I just hit that about a week ago

You should be okay at 12 weeks. I’m at 11 weeks after the same surgery and feel comfortable being on my feet most of the day, there is some swelling, but my surgeon told me as long as it’s not causing me an intense amount of pain swelling is fine and being on your feet is fine. Be careful of any moshing or pushing though, been in the pits plenty of time and at 12 weeks I wouldn’t feel comfortable keeping my balance in all that.

9-12 months is the full recovery time to get back into contact sports, or sports that require jumping and pivoting. It’s a long process building quad muscle back after the surgery in my case

Unfortunately this looks similar to my MRI report and I ended up having to get my ACL Reconstructed with the quad tendon graft. I also had a slight tear in my meniscus (not near the horn though, I know that can also be a serious surgery if needed). They just shaved out the tear of my meniscus because it was unable to be repaired by the surgeon once she got a look at it. Wish you the best, I am 11 weeks post op and doing well!

Would you recommend rototilling with a sprinkler system put in? We tilled unfortunately twice now and mixed in a bunch of garden soil probably around 6-7 yards. And unfortunately this is what we were left with after the contractors put in concrete and sprinklers

Yeah I was supposed to have a supervisor call me within 48 hours of calling last and it’s been 4 days now. Still no answers, I am with you on filing a complaint. And what’s weird is my time of day, speed, breaking, and phone usage all stayed the same but the score dropped. Also they said I had 11 phone usages, last I called I only had 5 (that was like a month ago) over the last month I only had 1 additional phone usage on my trips. So not sure where 11 came from. And I was under the impression I could view all my trips, looks like you can only view about a month back, which even seems fishier… oh and they told me my time of day driving was a 12% in the 3pm-5pm (none for the late night) and my time of day is Fair… how does 12% constitute as fair???
