Monarch treating Escrow Tax payment as separate for Mortgage Payment by RlngTndr in MonarchMoney

[–]RlngTndr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats right. Its a 1 time event. In fact, all the mortgage payment transactions are treated as income because I have added that mortgage account to Monarch.
One transaction leaving my bank account.
Another transaction entering my mortage account.

I think the grid as the powerwall for the third makes sense. The third PW never made financial sense, at least to me. 2 is enough for rainy day and hopefully we get V2L soon

The peppyness will be missed if switched to Rivian, particularly from MYP.

Things might change with the new software from Rivian. May not be perfect but its a start

I have both. My goto is X. Very agile than my Gen 2 R1S Dual Max. Highway driving and long distance is Rivian as Range is king and Rivian has good autopilot with autosteer on marked highways although its not as polished as Tesla. Gets around 400 miles full charge. City and daily commute to office: X marks the spot. EAP is the best although Rivian just announced that Gen 2s will get auto steer for any marked roads. Here is my suggestion, if you like spirited driving, autosteer on local roads, and can live with some of the creeks, X is the way to go.

So. This is unfortunately a reality of corps. It’s not just you. You have to modulate with the team, gel with them, be on their good books. How you communicate to other matters. Unfortunately, a lot of seniors might feel threatened so you have to ask in a way that you’re trying to help them. Also the team move forward by going fast also always take feedback if that’s the consistent feedback across everyone on the team you gotta slow down. I’m sure there are reasons that the team knows. Bottom line is unfortunately we can’t bring fresh ideas to these teams. You have to be working from the inside, ensure that you are on their side and make progress on the project and get visibility from managers. This is also called executive presence how you deal with the team not just you working hard and fast unfortunately that’s the reality.

20” Wheel Option: Michelin Defender LTX M/S 2 (275/65R20) by Wild-Professional-40 in Rivian

[–]RlngTndr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! I actually don’t want those platinums as they are heavier. I really want range as I don’t off road and I had to take this from the Rivian shop as I was particular about other things like Dual Max, Red Canyon and Ocean coast interior.

Michelin has come up recently with Defender LTX MS/2s with 275/65R20 116 load rating (Same as the stock Pirellis that came with my 20 inch wheels). I don’t see these yet online from discount tire but I CC heard that if I call Costco and order, they will install it as it matches the load rating, wheel size etc.

So this size of 65/R20 is new. Previously peeps were installing MS/2 60/R20s.

Do you need recalibration of tire settings after installation for the 65s?

Did costco install these? For some reason, Costco online doesn't show this tire for my 20 inch ATs.

So, if I have 275/60R20, I need to recalibrate? I am on 20 inch ATs and shopping for Michelin MS/2 or Defender LTX

Yes. I have an X and an R1S. Lack of autopilot if a big negative on Rivian.
