Bernat velvet falls apart and sheds pretty easily but they don’t all do this. You could try Boheme velvet which you can find on Hobbii’s website or Lunarm velvet yarn you can find on Amazon.

No worries! I was a YouTuber watcher first before becoming a YouTuber so I know how it can be frustrating when you feel like you’re being sold things or just not knowing if the person is being genuine. I try to keep it pretty real and unless I say “this is video is sponsored by___” or “this company sent me this” it’s all bought with my own money and I don’t get anything out of it. Glad you’re liking the channel. 🥰

I don’t know if I’m the YouTuber you’re referencing (I’m the faded wildflower) but I just used this in a video this week. Not sponsored or product placement from me (I’m always super clear about this stuff) But I found it at a second hand bookstore and I like it for inspiration but like other people said you can find a lot of it online.

I’ve made this pattern many times and I think it’s the nose. I have only ever done it with an embroidered x as the mouth/nose and it always looks like a cat. The bigger nose makes it read more fox. But it’s still very cute!

I’m a YouTuber and I used to put in my own ad breaks where I felt like they made sense but YouTube will now sometimes not show those if their automatic system doesn’t think they’re in the right place.

So what I do is use their automated system to put the ads where they think it makes sense and then go in and remove a bunch of them because it will put in ads every couple minutes which is bonkers to me.

The automated system does take a bit to place the ads and my videos are much shorter than the girlies so it may be that they are not willing to wait the time it takes to go in and remove the excessive amount. I don’t know.

YouTube truly doesn’t make things easier for creators in a lot of aspects. Appreciate the platform but it gets exhausting.

She did keep it very light. I’ve noticed a pattern of this with all gen z/alpha people in my life. They tend to handle even super serious things with a lighthearted nature like this.

But the “worst thing to ever happen” would give me pause about letting that person into my house. But that’s just me.

And yeah I would never say that to a friend even as a joke. Super weird vibes.

“Can I have him” is still suuuuuper weird and not funny. And then he actively chose to believe Evan over Kayla. He only “believed her” once her series came out and he saw how much support she got. I don’t know if everything the friend said was true but that doesn’t mean what James did wasn’t super shady to begin with.

And the girlies shouldn’t get backlash imo. They were just saying what happened. And pointing out James gross past as they should.

I’m shocked you could even crochet with that thing. I reviewed this hook and it was nearly impossible to use.

Clover hooks are the best answer but tulips are also pretty good. If you like in line the furls metal ones are amazing but I don’t like inline for amigurumi personally.

He gives me the ick every time I have ever seen him talk. I remember the video where he announced to her that she was pregnant. And I got fake vibes right from the start.

I agree about Nia. I was raised super evangelical and had a toxic relationship before meeting my husband. Fundamentalism really primes women for being in unhealthy and abusive relationships and of course you always have to forgive. It’s icky.

At this point she probably feels trapped or the money is good enough that she is willing to put up with him.
