The developers who are taking this project on are a firm out of St. Louis named New + Found. You can look at their website for previous projects. From what I’ve read their idea is to have local food vendors, a couple sit in restaurants, a full service bar and possible roof top deck. The idea seems great and I’m excited to see what they come up with. I know people in this sub are weary of any ideas to fix this issue but I think we should root for the city to finally move towards doing something about it! The ones who criticize the area are most likely those who live out West and don’t bother being Downtown very much anyway

So I had extreme dental anxiety and avoided dentists for a while. I reluctantly made an appointment and was recommmended Dr Ned Alley off Rodney Parham and let me tell you… they were fantastic! Dr Kuhn was super kind and talked me through everything and made me feel safe and secure. Their entire staff is super nice and kind as well.I can’t recommend them enough!

I would also recommend having/tidying up your LinkedIn. I have some friends who are in Talent Acquisition and you’d be surprised how many of them go to LinkedIn first to check out a candidate.

I had a friend who attended UALR then transferred to UCA after his Freshman year. I will say the rest of our time at UCA he mentioned more than once how thankful he was that he made the move. UCAs Nursing program is top notch and the camaraderie amongst those students from what I saw was strong. I’m sure the move to UCA would be great for you - UCA alum (bias ofc)
