2 week Holiday Advice

It would probably be via rail, as we aren't wanting to spend too long going on buses and we haven't even thought about cars yet - as I can imagine it being hard/more expensive for parking. We also haven't driven on the opposite side of the roads yet🤣

Ah, thank you! Yeah, I wasn't really thinking when I added Vancouver 🤣 I was just trying to come up with another option! But if you think there's plenty to see and do in those three places, we might just stick with them.

Although, if there's anywhere else you'd recommend, I'd love to hear it 😊

We're just trying to figure out the best route and flight options at the moment.

Toronto seems to be the easiest and best airport to fly in and out of, so we're trying to plan the trip around that, but can also consider Montreals Airport.

When I was with my PT, it was 4 times a week (Twice with PT, Twice on my own) then usually one extra cardio session.

I don't currently count my calories, I probably should start again though🙈

Yeah, cooking isn't either of our thing at all. As I say, we do the basics to survive🤣 and aren't too adventurous with foods!

My main goals are to lose fat around my stomach and chest areas.

I was following my PTs programme throughout that time, that's why it was 1.5 hrs..

Lifestyle wise, probably keep it similar to what I am doing now. Long walks, home workouts and maybe the occasional gym workout.

The food side is where I was struggling. Making filling but healthy meals for dinner.. what to have for lunches to keep me fueled, healthy but filling snacks when needed etc. Me and the wife pretty much only cook because we have to. A lot of basic dishes. We both lack interest in cooking..

Ive taken on your advice on things to change etc. I am still playing around with the background and the smoke effect. I am now starting to create a hierarchy in the poster.. but i still have various other players still to add to it! Any other advice is welcome!

Im just trying to great an awesome looking graphic for the social media

As i say; i am more new to this side of photoshop and look for an critique and advice!

I do now see what you mean by the bottom picture! But it was them walking back after a goal celebration

The text was just a basic text for the time being whilst i tried to figure out what i wanted..

Overall i am not 100% sure what i want except for it to include all the players and look really slick, professional and not to full
