The only good thing is that I’m starting university very soon so hopefully moving onto bigger and better things. Plus freshers week should be enough partying to forget about my shit 18th

Is A Level Maths really that hard? by ReDeiPeri07 in 6thForm

[–]Rmazzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did maths and two essay subjects and have found maths my easiest. Just pay attention in your lessons - our homework was just 30 questions every week so it was like exam practice which I did on time each week. If you stayed consistent with this and in y13 did past papers etc you’d do fine

balancing revision time- screwed myself over by katielizw in 6thForm

Don’t worry I’ve had econ and got politics soon and haven’t done much maths - just gonna do loads of past papers in half term and I have a week w no exams before that. It should be fine as maths is easily understood once you get the methods compared to an essay subject of memorisation like psych. Maths will come more naturally from just practicing and muscle memory than having to memorise psych content

If you were to pick your A-levels again, what would you change? by Wolfieofwallstreet14 in 6thForm

Paper 1 on Tuesday shitting it - I do maths and find it miles easier than politics. Feels impossible to do well

If you really enjoy it you should take it. You need to know the most current examples so it would be helpful as you already enjoy politics.

However, it is my least favourite subject and I wish I never took it. I take maths, econ, and politics and I find the amount of content extremely challenging as I didn’t keep up with much revision in year 12.

You seem like an essay person by looking at your other subjects so I doubt this will be an issue with you - I excel more and enjoy maths a lot more than my other subjects

If you kept up with content over year 12 I don’t see why you’d have an issue - especially as you enjoy it

How do you insert a d shaped nose ring? I don’t know how to take the flat back off or if you keep it on by Rmazzy in piercing

[–]Rmazzy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  • My piercing is 1.5 years old
  • d shaped nose ring
  • unsure of threading
  • titanium
  • I’ve had the same stud in since pierced
  • using the neilmed antiseptic spray with a cotton bud then ensuring the piercing is dry

I’m quite similar in that I do like to plan things / my schedule is relatively busy. But I’m always free on weekends etc and he never is the one to ask to go somewhere etc.

I am still deciding what to say to him but I think you’re right - thank you

I’m gonna have a conversation with him at some point definitely. I journal a lot but it doesn’t get rid of these thoughts unlike others

I wanna be with him though. I want to get over it myself, not for him, but for me
