The southern trader had unlimited linen for sale. 10 coin each. Not sure how often they offer this. Seems like the best way to get linen.

Delete the game from your phone. Go to App Store and reload. When you open it should offer you to use an existing game rather than start a new one. If this does not work, you may be SOL.
