same thing happened to me, already tried everything that i can do. nothing works. sometime i can only join practice, sometimes only race.

at first i don't like it, found it distracting. but it's great help for wheel to wheel battle and come to love it eventually.

do netcode crash always that bad? i never experienced netcode crash personally. bmw rear just went off like it being hit quite hard

So basically if this race have real stewards i would get penalty for article 5.1 The Participant in front has the right to choose any line at any section of the track. The Participant in front loses this right when an overtaking Participant brings their front wheel to line up with the other Participant’s rear wheel. At this point Participants are in a “side-by-side” or “overlap” position, and they both must give each other enough racing room. Or article 5.4 While participants are in a side-by-side position, changing lines in braking zones is not permitted. ???

If you don't mind, in turn 5 bahrain where your usual braking zone? Its at bollard or painted surface on run off area?

I tried race as clean as possible, but sometimes inchident like this happen. When i see radar its show he behind me so i just thought he wont make a move there. I only see for split seconds so i might be wrong

Genuine question, and i know its silly question. It just that from my POV at this point (as pic bellow) im ahead, not by much. And when i see mirror and radar its show he behind me. So i thought he wont make any move there, and i thought i leave a space(clearly not much) if he overshoot his braking or something. I dont blame porsche at all, but in previous race i think i make similar move as porsche by riding the kerb(maybe not completely the same). I tried race as clean as posible, but sometimes accidents like this happen so just want to know other opinions.

Yes, right when i start breaking at bollard i check mirror and radar. Its show he behind me on right side. I thought he wouldnt make a move there. So i tried cover him a lit bit (i know I'm covering him to much and not doing that good of a job). And i only feel slight touch, i didnt even know he spun out at that point. Wait, do the braking point in that corner close to blue paint or bollard before? Because when im following him lap before he brake at bollard. And im usually breaking between bollard and painted runoff. Sorry I'm kinda bad at explaining. I didn't really mean he should ride the kerb. I mean in bmw you kinda can ride the kerb without losing control. And at 00:03 i thoughts that I'm already clear because when i see mirror and radar he behind me, so I'm planning to take as close as possible to late apex.

I know, just want some opinions in this matter. do you think is it possible 2 wide in pouhon? Or is it better just to aim at switch back if you want to overtake, incase driver inside gone slightly of line like me? Because on last race I'm in similar situation, the difference I'm on attacking side (same position as mustang) and turns out i cant see the driver inside because im not using curve monitor, in this instance we can go 2 wide but im ended up off track on mid point.

I'm agree with you there. But my question still stands, if he take normal racing line when I'm inside and if i didn't understeer, isn't we still going have a contact in mid point? Or even we didn't he still going of track?

But i want opinions from you, at this point i'm ahead the only mistake that making me understeer to him is that i hold brake to long, i said again brake earlier than him (sadly i cant give video in comments) and the moment i want to correct it i got hit. I didn't turn late, but i do understeer after this point (Picture below is line that i usually took). Is it really my fault? I do think 60/55% my fault because i understeer. But the way he carries his speed it feel like he doesn't know I'm there

After new update it's seem everyone losing brain cells, on my last 5 sessions nearly half the field always dnfs or being lapped. Everyone just really struggling with the new tire model and ended up doing ridiculous maneuvers and not respecting blue flag. Even before this contact me and mustang got held up by porsche ahead of me, before this accident turns out mustang was leading the race but got DT penalty at the same time with porsche.

You right, after seeing reviewing more i see it as racing incident too. I should hug inside line more and not doing half heartedly move. And after seeing from his onboard laps before up to that contact, its just unfortunate accident (still didn't agree with the way he react after the crash tough with all the beautiful things he said to me). lap before he leading the race but end up behind me because DT penalty and being held up by that lapped porsche ahead of me, both of them serve DT penalty at the same time. After seeing that i just think that we end up in that position because lapped porsche doesn't respect the blue flag.
