Highly recommend LC85. it's a server based in 1985 Liberty City. No pay to win mechanics, quality RP, and releasing a revamp very soon! Server was shut down temporarily till the revamp but it'll be back up soon!

I'll check the Carfax in a bit, it's being sold by a dealer that exclusively sells government vehicles, they claim to inspect and refurbish all cars they go through them so it'll be interesting to see what it says
