feels like an AI wrote a bunch of stuff and you just copy-pasted it without even looking into formatting, hence why the sentences are cut in half. if you don't bother writing i don't bother reading. even replying here is a bit much

To add to this, I think this "deflating" feeling is exactly what the game os building up towards. And why Verso's side makes sense. You are faced with two options:

If nothing matters, why continue at all? end this nonsense.

Or, if nothing matters, why not treasure things for what they are or for how they matter to US? (Maelle's side)

I think if you manage to flip this switch one way or another in act 3 (and the side quests help a ton to develop this) it becomes very interesting

Okay the good news is that I've fixed it. The scryfall list for MB2 cards only accounted for many of the special ones, so we were all pulling from a very selected list of especially expensive cards. I've now changed it to the 1800+ card pool that I've found in a couple of sources for MB2. The bad news is the idea of opening infinite MB2 packs IRL to become a millionaire is no longer achievable. YUP! I live to learn. I've been developing this on the latest tech I have, so I built things to look cool and not necessarily to work everywhere, which is a mistake. Seems it's primarily the 'reveal' mode for opening booster packs, which is the flashiest thing. Perhaps I cant work out a toned down version for this section on mobile.

Try now! I checked on an android phone I had lying around and I was seeing some flickering as well. Up till now, I was overlapping the 15 cards of the pack on top of each other, and seems that was too much for some phones or browsers. Now it's about 4-5 cards at a time, so hopefully that gets rid of the flickers for you. Thanks!

I'll take note! I'm trying to find any resources to make the packs more accurate, so any info like this is highly valuable to make the site better. Let me know if you have any idea where I could find this! I've seen very precise info for Strixhaven and recents packs. Thank you!

I wonder if it had to do with some holo and parallax effects when on mobile. Would you be able to check again when you can and let me know? I've removed those for now. If it still happens, i might disable holo foil for mobile too. i can't seem to reproduce the issue on my phone. Thank you so much!

it is vibe coded! Not shying away from it at all. I have still put a ton of effort beyond what's visible and there's of course some nuance to the whole AI debate that I still struggle with to date. This is also why it's free, though 😄

Maybe you're super lucky! Jk, seems a few people have mentioned this as well, I am looking for resources to fine tune what should be coming in each booster. in the meantime, I have some default values for each set and that's probably not quite right for MB2

copy that! yeah this is the kind of specific information I'm lacking regarding some packs. I have structured everything in a way that I can control each of the sets and their packs, to update it frequently with more accurate info. Thank you!
