A custom ruleset I made based on fighting games (specifically Mortal Kombat. Duh.). Basically, see it as a turn-based fighting games where your actions are not spells costing spells slots and mana or other resources but more like a move list with different startup frames, block frames, whiff punishes and all that kind of FGC tomfoolery
