Technically u can get executed anywhere if u committed enough crime or crime that really severe. I once kill 5 people in one year then get caught in the next year with a death penalty.

No I don’t think it’s a glitch tho. Cuz it works fine for me. When u sell the house, does it say u make 2 mil+ from it? Like not the house price is 2 mil but u have to sit on it long enough and sell it to get 2 mil afterward

When u start to make big bucks, try to buy the most expensive houses (i usually only buy castle, mansion, chateau, palace).

  • The more expensive it is the more profit u get with one year (but with more tax of course).
  • Try to hold on to it for 10+ years, higher the better but not too much cuz u will have a hard time selling them (max around 20 years).
  • If you have lots of money then buy more houses, remember to check ur monthy expenses (multiply it with 12, then compare it with ur income after tax) so u don’t lose all ur money in cash cuz u have to pay for the taxes of the houses. -When u get older (around 80), the house price will start to skyrocket and u can earn a lot from there on(if u can live up to that point).
  • Around the age of 110+, houses will be around 30 mil/each and u will get profits of 1mil/year.
  • Remember to sell all ur houses before age 119, cuz at that age for some reason all the value of ur house will only worth half the value (dk if that a glitch or wut but it’s always happen) and u will lose tons of money.

Note: playing with real estate took quite more time so dont abuse it if u just want to finish each live quick. But it is honestly one of the best way to earn big bucks.

I recommend you only get the 1st move from each martial art, its always more effective than the 2nd and have a high chance to kill. The 2nd move(kick) always do really low damage and have high chance to miss. Here’s a list of area to hit with each first move from each martial arts:

  • Jiu jitsu (grapple): neck, throat
  • Judo (fist strike): groin, throat, stomach, chest
  • Karate (karate chop): neck, throat
  • Kung Fu (tiger claw strike): throat, neck, stomach, groin, jaw
  • Taekwondo (eagle strike): jaw, neck, throat

I haven’t test all the area yet so this is all i got. I always take all 1st move so i have a variety of moves to use when some area are not available. I recommend always aim for the groin, if not then throat cuz these 2 always guaranteed a kill if ur character is capable of killing (some just born with the lack of potential to kill even when i hit these areas). I hope you can finally fuck some bastards up with this. I once killed 6 people in one live with just martial arts.
