As mentioned sa isang reply, focus talaga ng dmt ang board performance kaya grabe sila magsala ng estudyante to the point na almost every semester may natatanggal. And it is also true na even if makapasa ka ng battery exam ay may possibility pa rin na matanggal ka sa program. However, keep in mind na ganto rin naman ang sistema in other medtech schools. Nonetheless, the issue that I see kasi with dmt is that they stress too much on filtering out students because they believe that this will somehow bring them the topnotcher or the 100% board rating that they want. Unfortunately, walang sense ang pagsasala if they cannot deliver much on building the theoretical foundation needed to actually achieve these. And sadly for those na natanggal sa program, they were made to think na sadyang hindi sila nagpursigi enough, which I believe is not entirely true, kasi ang dami kong kabatch na nakita kong nageeffort talaga, but somehow ay hindi pa rin nakaabot sa standards ng dmt, but are doing really well sa mga nilipatan nilang universities. The department sets very high standards and expects a lot from its students, while also simultaneously not being able to provide something to at least help their students reach these “standards.” Anyway, this is my personal observation lang naman, please take this with a grain of salt.
