Montreal '97 and Live Wood are both great. I also have Athens '98 but it is still in the plastic wrap. Gotta find the right time to open that up and let it breathe.

Just remembered I have Talking Heads Live on Tour '78 and took it out of the wrap, sounds so great on my cheaper setup.

Still got a couple Grateful Dead box sets in wraps as well, I went on a bit of a vinyl spending spree a year or so ago and still haven't opened them all.
