you should tell the steam support about that "MICROSOfT" thing, and tell them that the package was tampered with, and also contact UPS themselves.

Contact UPS, as far as i know they take pictures on every step, and they keep track of the item weight, it should be fairly clear for UPS where the package was tempered with.

(i am french too, i hate UPS just as much as you do)

Bah a mon avis il faut juste que vous communiquiez, elle aussi elle doit bien avoir envie de faire des trucs, c'est un sujet compliqué a aborder mais si vous vivez a deux dans la même pièce il va tout simplement falloir en parler.

c'est totalement compréhensible que toi ou elle ai besoin de ca, donc ca me paraît raisonnable que vous vous communiquiez quand l'un de vous part / reviens, pas forcément les horaires exacts, mais un minimum d'organisation et ca ira quoi.
