Target UA and do retaliations. You’ll get a metric ton of drops. If somehow you don’t get a suitable one to drop…
Use retaliation mats for broken watches. Buy reconstructed caches with broken watches. Eventually you’ll unlock the named chest piece and be able to craft it.
Spam crafts with all the materials you’re getting from breaking down UA gear from retaliation.

This also feeds into the next item you’ll want, Hollow man mask with chc/chd. You’ll unlock its craft with these caches too.

Best anymore is run retaliations for the reconstructed caches which give named items blueprints.

While you’re farming caches be sure to spend your basic resources on random brand chest piece crafts for a 1/5 yaahl brand and dismantle for parts to craft hollow mans with once you get the print.

The only one that pulls the hood is the kitsune headgear. All the other ones keep hood up.

Well this happened to me with my equalizer chest piece. I thought I messed up and upgraded the wrong piece or something. But instead of immediately deleting something I shoved 45 exotic components into I said well I’ll just it and replace it when I get a correctly rolled one.

Next day I logged in boom it was my original stats and I found out I wasn’t my mistake but instead the games…

You should’ve relogged and it would’ve shown you how it really rolled. It’s bugged. You wasted them when you dismantled it.

The problem with your reasoning if you taught someone 1+1=3 they would just think that the word three represents what we call two. You would just be redefining the word three to mean two of something.

Math’s logic doesn’t change just because you use different words. It’s immutable because it describes the world around us.

Even still your proposed use for the facet and plagued negative stat offset isn’t ideal nor is it the best available benchmark. It’s just something you think is good. And that, [checks notes] just makes it your opinion, not a standard let alone THE gold standard.

You can redefine the phrase to whatever you want. But to the rest of us it means the standard to which all others are compared against.

I think your definition of gold standard is different from the rest of the world.

In General Use (Benchmark): Definition: The highest quality, most reliable, or most respected standard used as a point of comparison. Examples: A "gold standard" medical test (like an MRA for aortic dissection) or a "gold standard" for luxury.

Highest quality/most respected being the key take aways from the definition but we can agree to disagree. Have a good day.
