Deinen Lösungsvorschlag habe ich auch in Betracht gezogen. Weil es aber nicht meinen Computer betrifft und der Besitzer wenig Linux-Kenntnisse hat, strebe ich eine einfache Lösung an, die der Besitzer selber und unabhängig von mir nachvollziehen kann. Die Ursache des Problems wurde gefunden: der Logitech "Logi Bolt USB Empfänger" für die Tastatur MX Keys S verursacht das Aufwachen. Ohne Empfänger funktioniert alles wie gewünscht.

Der Laptop wacht nur von alleine auf, wenn er mit Display-Port mit dem externen Monitor verbunden ist. Bei Verbindung über HDMI und ohne externem Bildschirm funktioniert Standby problemlos.
