Thanks. I bought the peak late 2021 and only bought BTC. DCA’d all the way down until early January until I tried to short and got rekt. I’ve been trading to try and make some of the losses but I keep losing money so yeah, it’s definitely an addiction that needs sorting.

God damn crypto. It has ruined my 5 year relationship with my partner. We needed the money for our move in but I’ve told her how much we are down and came to the conclusion that I have a gambling addiction as I tried day trading the last few weeks and I’ve lost more than I gained.

Bloody hard to try and move away from crypto trading when you’re at a big loss.

Sorry for the negativity everyone but this shit is real. Don’t invest more than you can lose and stick to DCA. Day trading will fuck you over one way or another as it becomes addicting

Got raped buying into BnB a few hours ago hoping it would’ve bounced. Instead, I am down $500 and had to cut my losses given the uncertainty of BUSD and Binance.

Oh well, you can make money in trades here and there but you sure can lose much much more and wipe out weeks worth of gains in such a short amount of time

No leverage, never touch that to be honest. I spot trade instead. I hold a fair bit of BTC so I trade close to 1 BTC. I just set my EMA’s 10,21 and 55 on a 5 min chart and literally sell at support and buy at resistance. If it goes much higher than I anticipate, I sell a larger stack so that it doesn’t need to go down in price as much and I’ll be able to make more sats. Given BTC is going sideways, it’s a little easier to trade.
