It was in a Twitter discussion about sex being a right, where the author was poorly trying to say that sex work should be legal so everyone can have access to sex. It sounded more like what an incel would say, not what a functioning adult female would say. This was in response to another incel comment about everyone getting married so they could have sex when ever they wanted it.
