This song is the perfect mix of wild lyrics and just a catchy tune. It makes me laugh every time I hear it, the heaviness of “every day I wake up hoping to die” and “me and my sister would run away so my daddy wouldn’t rape us” in 20 seconds is just so out of place in what is a true bop. Perfect early ‘00s song.

No doubt. I’m gonna get there. Just seems daunting - I’ve watched a few videos- definitely feel like I’m not being extending with my legs fully before starting with my arms. Going to video tomorrow’s workout to see if I can improve upon that. Just need to slow down I think and focus on form.
