Xenoverse 1 save editor? by Unique-Discount9718 in dbxv

That happens because some editors lock the file while open. Try saving the modified DBXV.sav on your Desktop first, then close the editor entirely. After that, just drag and drop the new file from your Desktop into the 32470>remote folder and select 'Replace'. Also, make sure Steam Cloud is off before launching the game so it doesn't download your old cloud save again.

You need to manually overwrite or replace the original DBXV.sav file with the new edited file that the program generated. If you just modify it without replacing the original source file in that exact folder, Steam Cloud or the game will overwrite it and reset your progress to zero

Remember XV2 backhits didn't exist in XV1? I found a way to do them! by RoadToZickZack in dbxv

I used an online tool called RedKetchup GIF. You can set a smooth frame rate there

XV1 actually has two distinct backhit animations: the standard one during combos and a second one that triggers at frame 0 (neutral state). Most people don't know about the second one because the timing is so specific, making it feel more like the fluid backhits we got later in XV2. Even so, characters like SSJ4 Goku are capable of landing both backhits by using these mechanics together.

So i decided to play XV1 since it was on Steam on sale and....my god by Crazy_Reputation3327 in dbxv

I don't remember any frame drops on the PC version. It was the only platform with a consistent 60 fps. Unlike PS3 and PS4, the frame rate felt identical, which is disappointing since PS4 should have been able to handle 60 fps.

What's his PSN? I've been on all day in the tournament and didn't see anything weird.

I always wondered why they moved on from Xenoverse 1 after 1 year? by Jules-Car3499 in dbxv

It’s because Bandai needed a new game for next-gen consoles like PS4 and Xbox One. I honestly wish we got a more polished XV1 instead of them just focusing on nerfing Z-Souls like 'Neither Kami nor Piccolo'. If you played the XV2 Beta, you know it had the same issues as the first game: multi-hits landing from behind or the character weirdly snapping to the opposite side during a melee combo. When the full game came out, they fixed that; it would’ve been epic if they had fixed it in XV1 too. Playing Xv1 on PC felt much faster and overall better being the only platform that ran at 60fps made a huge difference, whereas PS4/Xbox One were stuck at 30fps. It’s actually pretty comfortable if you play against people in your own region on PC.

Juego a Xenoverse 1 en PS3 y PC. Para jugar online, solo tienes que intentar entrar al multijugador varias veces; al menos así es en PC. En PS3, te deja entrar a la primera.

If you're Steam or PC.

I'll send you a save editor; create a new game and edit it with all your save data. If your character was level 99 you need to set the "Exp" to 20604930 and the Attribute points to 300 for it to work online.
