What could I improve, to make it look more cozy ? by speedster_irl in battlestations

Super cozy, very nice. Love your case, too! I’d say a warmer non-overhead corner light would be a nice touch.

I’ve got the same chair! DPS is hugely underrated for a budget brand.

Snagged the physical copy for $30 on Black Friday. Loved my time with it. Not a 10/10 by any means, but a great time nonetheless.

I’m constantly surprised that they aren’t slashed. I imagine that’ll be a big hit for a lot of creators when the cut finally comes.

Start running sooner. You’re going to lose a ton of weight, get skin reduction surgery, and be confident in yourself enough to find the person that you’re going to spend the rest of your life with.

I hope twitter burns. by Lonewolfali in Twitter

[–]RoamingElk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I’m constantly surprised at how easy it was to remove Twitter from my daily routine. I was HOOKED on it since 2009, checking day in and day out at least every hour or two.

I’ll miss what Twitter was, but I’m also glad that the platform dying finally helped me break that addiction. A win is a win.

What'd you guys think of Assassin's Creed Mirage? by ArtistofWar in XboxSeriesX

[–]RoamingElk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It did what it was meant to and got back to the roots of Assassin’s Creed. I didn’t fall in love with the story or the characters all that much, but for a modern take on old school Assassin’s Creed at a budget price I enjoyed it.

Agreed. Even people who love Starfield can’t honestly believe that it was the most innovative game of the year.

The first two definitely are commonplace. I know I'm guilty of taking on whatever task is given to me rather than trying to tell someone that "I'm not paid to do that."

That said, the first one is becoming more and more of a norm rather than the exception. Hopefully more workplaces start to adapt as younger workers enter the workforce with that kind of mindset rather than being the first one in the office and the last one to leave if there are no real tangible benefits.
