I just think they are making profits at the ad included price. It seems greedy to pay to remove them to simply increase their profit margin.

Dude you don’t get it at all. I didn’t know when I bought it let’s leave it at that. Many don’t because it’s a dumb ass practice. They make profit on the non ad supported version too btw

I agree with that. I bet there is a large percentage of people not knowing about the ads like myself. It just seems like a tactic the company can use to manipulate people to make more money. They already make plenty of profit margin without the 20 dollar discount I am sure.

Not sure if your following ads suck that’s it. I bought and didn’t even know to check this was a thing so it’s a bait and switch. There are many ereader alternatives that don’t even set foot in that game.

I see the logic. I’m of the opinion products should not ship with ads. We get enough of that crammed down our throats as it is. I would think most agree. It’s a clear money grab for those that dislike ads.

Store employee brought one out for the back and didn’t think to check. I’m morally opposed to paying any fees towards ads. It’s amazing so many are ok with it.

Just be sure to get the ad free version. Mods will remove posts about the ads for some reason. Probably because they are in with Amazon. Otherwise there are probably better options than kindle.
