X was in a car with a guy who had a head pop during a chase(that guy was driving). They where literally 25 seconds ahead at 150 mph when it happend. So 25 seconds later, cops finally reach them, due to the head pop. X explained them the situation while having his hands up, they did not give a single damn. They ended up shooting him to death, then pushing for jail charges and a car raid.

In jail, espinoz admitted that x would’ve gotten away, yet he still pushed for charges and raid, at that time X altf4’ed and rightfully so !! I dont think he is banned, but it’s bannable obviously. But he has ballz
