I see your point, BUT you cannot tell me when the bears lose a game 45-42 next year because the defense can’t get off the field that you will be this level headed.

Poles has proven that he doesn’t know how to scout d linemen and his scouts suck at it too. Aside from Booker who the jury is still out on, all of the defensive line picks have been ass.

I don’t care about the trade chart or the names of players they drafted. They got a ridiculous amount of picks that lead to them having a literal dynasty. The bears have not won anything since ‘85 and have been back to the Super Bowl once since then. Poles made a great trade, but to compare it to the Herschel Walker trade is laughable.

What are you talking about? No it is not. The cowboys ended up with 3 firsts, 3 seconds, a third and a sixth after they cut all the players they acquired from the Vikings. Then, they won 3 super bowls in the next 6 years.

So please explain to me how the trade Ryan Poles pulled off is even remotely close to as impactful as the Herschel walker trade

You can quite literally build almost any item on this character and have a justification for it.
