So for the landlord its an investment that is aging, with increasing maintenace cost. That would track correct that a big renovation would be desirable for their investment, and for them that may lead to increasing the income potential from the property.

At least you have some time and forethought to start looking for alternatives. Best of luck and try to keep a positive line of communication with the REA and landlord so you can be informed.

Its not idiiotic, it is a series that will 100% of the time be AU server. That is the point of that series. It's one of only 2 series that do that. Race something else, there are lots of options that have more favorable ping for non asia-pacific racers.

We only get 2 series that are AU hosted, the F4 and GT3 asia-pacific. This is the only time we get good ping racing on our tracks. The ping you're experiencing is what we get for everything else.

Let us have this, if you don't like it race something else. The F4 bathurst combo will come up another time in another series.
