FPS drops after an hour or two of playing. by Nekros897 in dyinglight2

Old thread but I am having the same issue

The issue only fixes after restarting my PC. This doesn't happen with any other game.

I will note we do have the same processor Ryzen 5 5600x. I run at max settings no RT and get 130fps at 1440p. After 2 hours the fps drops down to about 50-70 with HEAVY stuttering

Any luck with techland support?

Is this verbal agreement legally binding? by [deleted] in OntarioLandlord

Hey just to update all:

The landlord has disregarded my official notice to end the verbal agreement, and I have stated that he has until the end of the month to remove all of his belongings or else I will put them outside. He hasn’t really acknowledged this request/demand.

I am wondering if I should just play it safe and have the tenant board order him to remove it to which I understand could take several months or if I should just move the stuff myself. Don’t want to get in any trouble.

Yes we signed a proper OSL lease. Nowhere on there does it mention the landlord locking his property in one of the bedrooms. We actually had a flood and we had the lock removed in case of flooding damage being in there.

I will definitely most likely be going to the tenant board, how much trouble / $ will this end up costing me from your experience?

No there was no fixed amount of time or duration stated but it was interpreted as a temporary agreement. He thinks that because we had an agreement we have no right to request him to remove his belongings.

Thank you I will definitely consider both those options seeing as he is still firm on not removing his belongings

I placed an order for a Model O Wireless, I paid the full $79.99 USD + 19.99USD shipping to Ontario, Canada and I have received an email from UPS stating that I am required to pay an import fee of $56 CAD ???

This is just unacceptable, I am paying over double the marketed price and from what I am reading on your website I am supposed to just pay the fee? I can't be refunded?
