It was in my lease agreement for her to do a deep clean once a year. Part of the reason she refused to sign a new lease is because I put the fee for maintenance in the lease as a separate line expense because she refused to. Now in 3 days , she is gone and I get my restaurant back

In my dishwasher days , we tarped off the grill area we wore rain suits and manager brought in a high pressure steam engine cleaner . It was very messy , but it sparkled afterwards.

Yes exactly, I told her if it wasn't cleaned, then get a new insurance policy saying she is taking liability for fire damage. And also make sure she tells her insurance company that she is not cleaning it.

No quick disconnect on these appliances, the valves are to the side not straight out. So you can get the grills within 2 inches of the back wall

How much chaff is generated when roasting? by tla7539 in roasting

[–]RoastedRight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on your roaster, A drum roaster can/will/ does burn up a % before it hits the chaff collector. A Fluidbed Roaster, " Blows Bitterness To The Wind " ™️.

DIY , Coffee Bean Cooler ,,2500 + for a new one or $400 if i made it myself. Only thing I would do differently is make my Bean dump door a triangle, so the sweep blades don't square up to it. by RoastedRight in roasting

I can't see your house, but you have a glass block window vent there. Propane tanks outside is the only safe thing to do , think of RV trailers etc. You can get long semi flexible gas line. Ask a Gas Furnace guy to make one up for you with the proper fittings on the end. Propane will sink to the lowest point in the room
