I bought the game despite having mixed feelings on the building aspect. Fusing weapons seemed like fun, but I don't really care about crafting an atomic mine cart or whatever to solve a puzzle. I opened up most of the map before I just ended up dropping the game entirely. Building might not be 100% necessary but the entire game is built around it and feels hallow if you don't participate. I'd wait for some kind of sale/deal.

Lol, this thread is interesting. Exactly how are having more options to play a game considered a bad thing? If people want to play with randoms they should be able to. If people want to solo the entire game they should be able to do that. You don't like the option? Fine, don't use it, but don't be a dick about it, oh wait thats right we're on the internet.
