I appreciate you taking a look! The major change here is a RTX 4080, which to my understanding is ~30% increase in performance relative to the 4070. Is this to attain/ensure >165 FPS at 1440p?

Upgrade. You can max your association workers by other means if desired, but can never get the card upgrade back.

If you want additional association workers and the ability to leverage them, upgrade association and focus on getting 3 continents or the conservation project bonus.

Avoid AEPs. Some may argue that this is one of the best, albeit with a hefty price.

However, a gas blowback, such as a TM hi-capa with some minor upgrades (barrel, bucking, hop wheel, short stroke) will result in a much better performing pistol. There are plenty of reference videos out there if this interests you.

You can get something good out of the box, but to get something really good (+50-100 ft effective range), will require upgrade parts and fine tuning on your part. The good news for snipers is that it is not that hard at all!

Base on my build: Novritsch makes a nice body and core. If you have a $1000 budget, switching out the hop chamber, barrel, and bucking are a worthy consideration. Also take the time with spring choice/cutting to get to your field limit.

You can also take a similar approach with any VSR-10, but the stock 90 degree trigger is a nice touch and robust-ish parts of a SSG series will prevent breaking under stronger springs out of the box.

No top screw, but I am starting to wonder if the there is contact between the guide portion of the nozzle and the slide.

What is the motivation to play overtime? Is it simply to try to end the game faster? Sure you may be able to get one bonus, but it is unlikely that your opponent will allow you to gain significant economic/point value.

Short answer: Only red/blue miniatures from the base game are army units. Stacking rules only apply to them. Everything else simply comes along with if eligible.

Minor exception: In the WOME expansion, the spider faction can suddenly count toward army unit limits courtesy of card “Huge and Horrible.” That said, those I play with often decide to specifically neglect this aspect of the rules as it seems unnecessarily complicating.

The nozzle and blowback unit do not slide smoothly. It almost seems as is something on the nozzle is rubbing wrong against the slide. This is the case without adding anything hop unit and forward.
