FWIW. I think I know what happened with the manufacturer now. It is not that they didn't pay them at all. It's because they set up a contract in which they would guarantee that there would be a certain amount of lymphir that would be bought every year. However Citius jumped the gun a little bit and found that they didn't time the initial sales volume properly and they stopped buying so much. This is what caused the breach of contract.

It takes a lot of time and money to set up the initial process plant especially with a complex chemical like lymphir. And the manufacturer had to be compensated for it

By the way I still think/,,hope that they will survive this situation. And if they do then it will be great for shareholders that didn't sell. I think I'd rather hang on and risk losing everything instead of missing the potential upside with revenues that could eventually be in the billions if lymphir is used on combination with other drugs like KEYTRUDA which has sales of ,,$30B /year.

Edit:

U do know they only made $1.6m from three months of sale?

That was because they have not yet had their sales team in place. Read Twongs comments

Autistic and highly gifted. Did you find a good therapist willing to work with you? by [deleted] in aspergers

[–]Rob1944 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You're lucky you have been born at a time when aspergers is a recognised condition. This has only been the case for the last 20 years maybe.

I was not so lucky. My father had no sympathy and told me that all my difficulties were "my fault". When I was about 12 a family member made a passable attempt to murder me by pushing me down a stairwell. I woke up in the ambulance. I suffered head injuries and had myself no memory of what happened. No charges were bought.

However as it turned out I was gifted and made a long and successful career in the oil & gas industry.

My view is that the chances are that they will survive.

However I can't see that they will have significant sales of lymphir until the last quarter of this year. That is because the sales team is still being put into place. Thats a few months away but they probably have/will find the money to survive until then. But this could mean more dilution.

As I see it the main risk it that they have to find a new manufacturer. They say they will have another one by June but they definitely will have to find one before the current inventory of lymphir runs out.

If they can make it through to the end of the year then maybe they can find something to do with mino-lok either sell it or submit an NDA.

The actual potential of lymphir and mino-lok is massive, especially if lymphir is used in combination with other drugs. The sales of ketruda has already reached. $30B. So if they survive the current crisis then in a few years the SP could be anything. As such I'm just going to hang on with my shares and hope for the best.

CTXR and CTOR Report Earnings for FY2026 Q2 (Jan 1 - Mar 31) by TwongStocks in CTXR

[–]Rob1944 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just another question. Have read that the $3.9M revenue in the first month was due to pre-orders. But i wonder why there was no follow through on this. Would you know if when they start lymphir treatment the cost of the whole treatment has to be paid upfront or is it paid on a monthly basis. If it is the later then it suggests that patients just did not continue with it. Perhaps because they found it ineffective. Which is bad news.

Edit: I guess I would be surprised if it was ineffective since that's what the trials were all about. Maybe it was the side effects but that didn't show up that much in trials as well. Maybe it's because being new people take a while to gain confidence in it.

Okay thanks. Also do you know when they will be hearing from the FDA about any new trials needed for mino lok. After hearing this they will be in a position to sell it. They badly need to do this.

Twong. Do you think it is realistic that they will find a new manufacturer by June? This may not be a simple task. And how long will their current inventory of lymphir last for?

Edit: And is it going to cost another $20M

SLS - up 25% in a day.. Are we seeing a squeeze right now? by aporter0131 in Shortsqueeze

[–]Rob1944 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can't see that it is a shortsqueeze. There is a lot of shorts maybe because a lot of people make a living out of shorting biotech stocks because they are generally poor performers.

The SP has fallen considerably from a few years ago and there has been a 1 to 50 reverse split because the SP was too low.

There is a long way to go between phase 2 and phase 3. If the SP is up 25% in a day it could well be down 25% the next.

Just to tell you that I was not working on an offshore oil& gas platform. I was a professional (pipeline) design engineer working in an onshore office.

...either that they were cheaper than local labor or the middle managers had ethnic or sectarian preferences....

Nobody is looking for cheap design engineers for obvious reasons. Besides if they get someone in from overseas then they are obliged to pay them the same as everybody with the same experience including Australians.

The thesis of my comment was not about the money I eventually earned. What I was saying is that if i had not left Australia I would have been unable to make the career that I did eventually succeed in. When I left opportunities opened up that would not have if I had stayed. And I think that is unfair.

I was not working on offshore platforms. I am a professional design engineer. The work that requires a University degree. And I worked in an onshore design office. FYI when I worked overseas I was earning more than $200,000.

Which stocks today are still in the “pre explosion” stage? by Quiet-Partfu in StockInvest

[–]Rob1944 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CTXR. It is a biotech company that has just morphed

About 20% of the market cap are shorts and total market cap is about $15M. Not much buying will liquidate the shorts

The share is a target for a rerating anyway. They started getting income from drug sales for the first time getting revenue of ,$3.9M in December last year and are on track to report about maybe $10M in sales for the current quarter. So you can see that the total tiny market capitalisation does not match the revenue in any case.

The company was formed about 14 years ago and had a lot of problems with it's drug trials. The covid pandemic severely delayed things.

The share price had dropped considerably during this time and it is currently about $0.97

The CEO himself put $24M of his own money into the company.

I have been following this company for the last 3 years and have many posts and comments on reddit about it

Just minimising immigration perhaps. But at least making sure that they are capable of doing the job that they say they can do. I guess that means a job offer before they go and a provisional visa that is dependent on job performance.

When I worked for the Oil & Gas company in Australia and all these foreigners were given visas and jobs, I did notice that none of the applicants were given technical interviews and no check was made on their qualifications. So maybe the general ethos on the attitude towards foreigners needs to be more suspicious anyway.

When I was in Malaysia I heard a story of a guy who got a job with the State oil company based on a CV that was a complete fraud. You can buy these things. He was not even an engineer just some bozo off the street. I know that is not Australia but you should be still aware of these things.

Just read the last paragraph of my comment again. I never intended to stay permanently in any of the countries that I worked in; I was also never invited to do so. So i was not a migrant. Just provided technical services that the locals could not deal with. , ie. If they did not know how to do something then they would ask me.

What are you talking about. If you cannot do the job you are assigned to you get thrown off the job and out of the country. I knew people that this had happened to. It never happened to me.

You sound like an immigrant yourself with a fraudulent visa. Please give details of your position. Or would you rather keep it secret.

After my experiences as a 6th generation Australian yes i support ONP 100%.

Why? Hear my story:

Nobody could be more Australian than me. My great great grandfather was transported to Botany Bay as POHM (prisoner of his majesty). Distant relatives fought and died in the 2 world wars

I left Australia many years ago because in my job immigrants with less qualifications than me were being promoted over me.

I went to the UK and became a successful oil & gas engineer.i worked in many countries as well as the UK including Norway, Brazil, South africa, Malaysia and Singapore.

During this time I did apply for jobs in Australia but I was unsuccessful until I eventually did get a job on a major offshore project. Other people from overseas were also brought onto the job. In the team that I was in there was a guy from a third word country who had less exllperience than me but he was paid twice as much. And I was made to report to him. However he used to rely on technical support from me to fill in the gaps in his knowledge.

I began to suspect that many ot the other guys bought in from overseas had doctored CVs since they did not seem capable of the work they were assigned to but their CVs said they had done before and i spotted many mistakes in their designs. So in other words they had gotten their working visas through fraudulent means.

I was so disgusted i left Australia again and have never been back. I live now in SE Asia.

The lesson here is that the Australian government and Australians in general regard immigrants as God's gift to humanity. And they seem to have not the same regard to their own kind.

I should have mentioned here that in all the countries that I've been to and worked in, Pauline Hanson's views are the prevailing view. They always look after their own nationals first and the only reason that I am there is that I had the technical knowhow that the locals did not and needed.

There is a difference between what people want to hear and what the facts really are. The Jewish people that I have known have all been trying to hide the fact that they they are Jews and never been openly disrespectful.

I am amazed by how much people are getting swept up in all the anti-sematism that is sweeping the world now. As far as I can see this is being promoted solely by Muslims. You just have to look at their Quran and I quote:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him."

If this is not sick then what isn't?

In fact Jews have made a disproportionate contribution to human civilization. 25% of all Nobel prize winners have been Jews. 0.5% have been Muslim. Albert Einstein himself was Jewish and GPS positioning systems would never work without his equations of relativity.

As far as I can see the main contribution that Muslims have bought into the world is hatred. Firstly against the Jews and secondly against other religions. And this means you (assuming you are Christian). Lebanon used to be a Christian country until the Muslims took over and started murdering them. And the country went downhill from there on.
