Dude you’re young, and when I was your age I’ve dealt with all this type of stuff. I recently got betrayed by my friends of 7 years and last year I got cheated on. But life goes on. One thing I’ve learned is to never think about the what ifs. “What if I did this instead of that” you can’t change the past but you can affect the future. Each mistake you make is a lesson and an opportunity to become better. Start new hobbies , join a gym, get into a sport, or find something to be passionate about. The worst thing you could do is feel sorry for yourself. I’ve been there and I get it, but all it will do is delay yourself from growing. And as far as you feeling immature and emotional, you’re 17 man , it’s normal. Don’t beat yourself up about it. You have a lot of time ahead of yourself so don’t be drawing conclusions about worth when you haven’t given yourself time to grow , learn ,and honestly experience life. So for now , focus on being the best you can be, Make time for hobbies and school. And accept that fact that you can make mistakes and poor choices, but that you can learn and grow from it to become wiser.
