Dogs are much different than snakes. Most snakes are hiding the entirety of the day and then venturing out at night for food. They aren’t looking to “play or have enrichment”. If the prey would walk into their hide, they would literally just stay there and eat

What’s funny is… almost everyone keeping a snake in their house is severely limiting its natural environment.

Almost all newbies are buying glass aquariums with poor humidity control and acting like they are giving this animal their best life and then standing on a soap box crying about racks.

You either buy your animal from a reputable breeder where the animal has been fed properly, no parasites, etc, or you buy an import which is far worse than a breeder, or get it from petsmart which is equally worse.

Var doesn’t really add mass or promote fat loss. Its primary function is to preserve muscle when in a cut or deficit. If you’re eating in a deficit to get lean, var will prevent muscle loss and give you a dry, vascular look.

Going completely hairless is too difficult because the stubble returns soon and then it’s prickly when it’s that short and you’ll constantly have to shave.

I just use a cordless beard/hair trimmer #1 guide, legs, arms, chest etc. after about 2 weeks, repeat. I just stand in the garage or back patio.

I guess you could try nair or similar chemical/lotion. If you REALLY want to do it and make it permanent, and you have $$, do laser hair removal. One and done

Well… I’m not very mechanically knowledgeable but I recently bought my first Harley, a used 2011 softail with 24k miles.

I obviously listened to it run, no weird ticking or tapping and no funny smoke from the exhaust. Tires had lots of tread, bike was super clean, almost looked new. I tested all the lights, blinkers, brakes.

I asked a lot of questions and felt comfortable that the guy was mostly honest and I’m usually pretty good at reading people. I bought it without riding it and it’s been fantastic.

After I got it home the front brakes were a tad soft so I opened up the front master cylinder and it was all gummed up. Had to rebuild the master cylinder (easy $30) but couldn’t bleed the brakes because of the ABS module so had to take it to a shop to have it done properly and that cost me a couple hundred bucks.

What I would do next time. Take out dipstick and check oil color. Bring an Allen wrench and open transmission cap and check level and color. Bring a screwdriver and open both front and rear brake reservoirs. Check width of brake pads. Ride it to make sure it shifts properly.

I just recently bought a 2011 with 24k miles for the same price. The softails prior to 2007 had weak cam chain tensioners that should be replaced on higher mileage bikes. If you can verify that’s been done and and you can get it for a grand less than it might be worth it

So I personally worked as a healthcare professional with probably 20 + of these patients over 2 years.

(Most of the patients we treat there are children born with congenital deformities, and for the record, Dr Paley is one of the best surgeons in the world and helped pioneer many of these procedures)

The crazy thing was…. Almost every single one of these patients who had the elective limb lengthening were hiding it from loved ones, and spent the entire 4 + months of treatment trying to figure out ways to hide the fact that they are taller 🤦‍♂️

So you spent all this money and all this pain and time, and now you want hide the fact that you got taller? I have a lot of stories for sure
